As the Data Controller, Groupe SOS collects the personal data contained in your CV that you sent via the HelloWork form on the career site for the purpose of pre-selecting candidates in relation to the job offer you are applying for. This processing is based on legitimate interest.
The personal data used at this stage of the recruitment process are the data that you voluntarily provided when applying for the job offer: name, first names, age, profession, landline and mobile phone number, postal address, email address, past and/or current positions, level of experience, qualifications, the position sought, as well as any information you deemed necessary to include in your CV.
Your personal data is intended for the internal services of Groupe SOS and its service providers authorized by contract for the sole purposes defined above.
Your personal data is retained for a period of 3 months from the end of the recruitment process and will not be stored in a CV database. Your data may be archived for a period of 5 years for evidentiary purposes.
You can access and obtain a copy of the data concerning you, object to the processing of this data, have it corrected, or have it erased. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your data.
